Gardener – Audley End House and Gardens

Audley End dates from the early 17th century and comprises a Capability Brown landscape, an elaborate 19th century Parterre and a Victorian Kitchen Garden which is run to Soil Association organic standards. The garden team is made up of 12 permanent staff and 55 volunteers.

We are looking for an experienced Gardener to assist in the maintenance of the ornamental garden and grounds. This includes seasonal maintenance tasks and the supervision of Trainee Gardeners and volunteers.

As well as a passion for plants, gardens and landscapes, we are looking for a Gardener with excellent people skills, a flexible approach to their work, a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and share knowledge.
