Placement Gardens Announced

We were delighted to receive a considerable number of applications from gardens around the UK, expressing their interest in hosting a HBGTP trainee this year.

After a much-deliberated recruitment process, we are pleased to announce our placement gardens for 2025-26.

14 prestigious gardens will be hosting HBGTP trainees from September this year, with some gardens hosting more than one placement, and we are thrilled to welcome three new and returning gardens to the programme:

  • Birmingham Botanical Gardens
  • The Bishop’s Palace
  • Trentham Estate
