Breakfast at Chelsea

Every year the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) hosts a Young Peoples’ Breakfast at the Chelsea Flower Show.

This event gives young people the opportunity to network with each other and meet leading individuals in the horticulture industry. This year eight of our trainees were given the opportunity to attend, allowing them to soak up the atmosphere and get close with some of the leading show gardens.

Talks were given from the RHS Director General, Clare Matteson and other leading professionals in the industry. They also met various colleagues from the National Garden Scheme at their beautiful floral stand.

After breakfast the trainees spent the rest of the day exploring the rest of the gardens and displays, and meeting others from the gardening world.
