Hosting a Trainee – Are you up for the challenge?
We are currently inviting gardens to bid to host a HBGBS trainee.
Three good reasons to have a trainee placement:
- Garden trainees add verve and vigour to your garden and to your gardens team.
- Hosting a trainee will benefit the skills and continuing professional development of your staff.
- You will have the rewarding experience of training up the next generation of professional gardeners.
The placements start next September but the process of selecting the trainee begins in spring, so we need our host gardens raring to go by the New Year.
